When Will My Order Ship?

All bySio candles and incense are handmade in small batches by our team in Brooklyn, NY. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email with tracking details. Orders are estimated to be delivered within 3-5 business days, based on your address. Due to the impact of COVID-19 and increased shipping volumes for all mail carriers, there maybe unforeseen delays. We thank you for your understanding and support during this time!

 

Where Do You Ship Your Products?

We currently only ship within the United States, however, we are working to offer International Shipping in the near future. Please lookout for updates soon!
